Nicki is a media and speaking coach with 35 years of communications experience. She has spent her career working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100s, as well as book authors, academics, and elected officials. She helps spokespeople prepare for the spotlight, from content development to mastering their stage presence. Past and current clients include Adobe, Airbnb, Andreessen Horowitz, DARPA, Etsy, Gilead Sciences, GoFundMe, Instagram, Intuit, Kaiser Permanente, Meta, OpenAI, Pinterest, Roblox, Samsung, and StubHub.

Nicki is a 12-year veteran of Outcast, where she led communications strategies for a range of consumer, technology, and venture capital organizations. She also spent a decade at Yahoo! Inc., wearing many corporate communications hats, including executive, product, legal, brand, and internal communications. Nicki held positions at Niehaus Ryan Wong and started her career as an editor for Travel Holiday magazine in NYC. She received a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall and studied at Cambridge University. PR Week awarded Nicki its 40 Under 40 Award in 2007, and she appeared on Business Insider’s PR 50 list in both 2014 and 2015. She’s an Ironman triathlete, a veteran of 20+ marathons, and splits her time between New York and San Francisco.
